Phone numbers (home and mobile)
Email address
Career History
Past employers and job descriptions (this included paid and unpaid work). For example:
Part time jobs
Work experience
Sports coaching
Sports refereeing
Community work
Skills and Abilities
Any skills that you have that may be work related. This includes things like teamwork, computer skills, reliability, customer service, communication skills. You will be surprised at the skills you have - make sure you think hard about what you can do.
Awards and Achievements
This is a selling point for you so mention any sports awards, school awards, work awards - these show others have recognised your good qualities.
Personal Interests
These help demonstrate things like teamwork, leaderships and organisational ability. You may also find that some of your interests are the same as the interviewer.
Referees
You need to have between 2 and 4 adults who can be contacted to give information about you. These can be work related or personal. You need to include the person's
