Our Future Choices Transition Expo for Students with Disability includes live entertainment with Songbird, a disability support program who will showcase their Drums Alive recreational therapy that combines movement with the powerful beat of drumming and rhythm of music, for an amazing brain and body workout from 10.30 to 11am. Then the team from Healthy Change Challenge invite everyone to join them at 11.10am to 11.40am for a Zumba session to get a taste of their fun and empowering community health and fitness program.
