Participating employers can provide work experience opportunities, mentorship, traineeships or apprenticeships and will receive support to embed gender diversity policies and procedures in the workplace, dramatically improving staff acquisition programs.
Career Links works alongside its industry and education partners to identify and eliminate obstacles, offering training, apprenticeships, work experience, and mentoring—ensuring female employees have everything they need to thrive.
We strengthen ties between industries, schools, and communities, to create a strong support system for females pursuing careers and further training in high-growth industry sectors.
We’ll work with industry partners and create a mentoring network to provide continuous guidance, while assisting you adopt flexible policies that support females, and drive cultural change, ensuring these fields remain accessible for future generations.
