A Mentoring Program for Females

EmpowerHER Pathways is a dynamic mentoring initiative designed to support females as they launch into and grow meaningful careers in high-growth industry sectors of Clean Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Digital & Technology.

This program creates a strong mentorship framework, connecting Participants with experienced mentors who provide guidance, inspiration, and practical support. Through one-on-one mentoring and peer networking, students gain access to valuable opportunities, overcome challenges, and build a foundation for long-term career success.

  • If you would like to self-nominate and volunteer to become a Mentor for the program, please complete the application form, or email us for more information bwc@careerlinks.nsw.edu.au.
  • We accept self-nominations and referrals from females working in the high-growth sectors of Clean Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Digital & Technology.
  •  Please refer to the terms and conditions on the Referral/Self Nomination Form before submitting your Application.
