SBAT Information for Schools
A school based trainee will:
Complete a Certificate II or III qualification by the end of their HSC year.
Complete a minimum of 100 days in the work place (may vary depending on qualification).
Attend training each week with a Registered Training Organisation, such as School or TAFE.
Complete their traineeship at the end of Year 12.
Complete paid work with the employer, generally one day per week.
